Can I sell or trade my watch with Balloch & Co?

Yes. We offer watch buying and trade-in services. You can submit details about your watch online, and we will provide a free, no-obligation valuation. High-value transactions require verification for security and regulatory purposes.

How does your returns policy work?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your watch. If the return is accepted after inspection, we will issue a refund within 30 days using the original payment method. Watches must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original packaging and documentation.

Do I need to verify my identity to buy or sell a watch?

Yes. To comply with UK regulations and prevent fraud, we require identity verification using Sumsub. This may include a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID), a selfie for facial verification, and proof of address dated within the last three months.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment and verification. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt.

Do you ship internationally?
